Usually I just say fiction, to keep it simple, but today I’m going to trust in the intelligence of my fellow man (and woman) and try to set the record straight.

Yes, you can clean bulk, but clean bulking is not what most of you think it is. I’m sorry but, if your abs are showing you are not growing!

Clean bulking refers to eating “clean” to put on quality lean muscle, it does not mean walking around with a six pack while trying to put on lean muscle mass.

Weight training coupled with diet and cardiovascular exercise (cardio) has been clinically proven to burn more body fat than cardio and diet alone.
