The Winner of the 2010, 12 week challenge is Ted Roleski!
Not only did Ted loose 20 kilos, he lowered his BMI by 6 points and an amazing 59cm overall reduction to his body size.

I have three young kids and chasing them around became hard so I wanted to change that. I knew the program was working when I began losing centimetres, I was more flexible and it became easier to move around. The whole thing was great – especially having a Personal Trainer to guide me. I never had to wait for the equipment; I was really impressed with the facilities, group fitness classes and everything I got as part of the challenge package.
Since the 12 Week Challenge ended, I still go to the gym three times a week and I’m conscious of everything I learned, including eating the right sized meal portions. My family, friends and work colleagues knew what I was doing and the encouragement I received from them made such a difference; they knew not to offer me junk food and I was able to share my recipes, goals and progress updates with them. It started with sore muscles, then my clothes became looser and before I knew it I was doing better in my cycle class. At one stage I had a party to go to one weekend and he helped me look over the menu prior to the event so I could pick the best meal options. Anyone thinking of doing the 12 Week Challenge should definitely do it.
