This simple yet challenging class inspired by Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates offers a haven after a tough day yet simultaneously through a range of carefully structured moves and poses still strengthens and tones your body in ways that help you maintain optimum health both physically and mentally leaving you harmoniously balanced and at peace.
A Typical Class You will begin your class with the easy flowing moves of Tai Chi to help you warm up your body and gently assist you to leave the stresses of your day behind. You move then into some traditional yoga sequences to strengthen and tone key muscle groups and aid your concentration through challenging balance poses. Pilates and yoga inspired flexibility moves come next followed by core exercises to increase your back and ab strength from the inside out. Finally with some stretches to enhance your suppleness you will slide gently into the final 10 minutes of the class set aside for the widely acknowledged mental and physiological benefits of meditation and relaxation.
This stress busting class will heighten your mental wellbeing, tone and shape your body and provide you flexibility all to a soulful, calming and inspiring tune set. The bonus to this zen of classes is the average 390 calories burnt while you restore your mind and body from the chaos of your day.

What do I need to bring? Workout Clothes: Unrestrictive workout clothes that allow your body to breath and stretch. You won’t need your shoes once you get inside the group fitness studio you will do this class barefoot. Water and a Towel: Bring a towel and some water and bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.
